About us and our company
PAConsult Swiss Ltd. is a DIN EN ISO/EC 17025 accredited test laboratory. We test products from various sectors using a wide range of tests. In this way, we support you in ensuring the suitability of your products for practical use and a barrier-free market launch. Our employees have many years of experience in the implementation of projects in the aerospace, shipping, medical technology, automotive, railroad, defense, electronics and the mail-order business. We look forward to actively supporting you on the path to the approval of your product.

Our laboratory is located in the newly renovated RIVI - Rhyfall Village.
Located within walking distance of and above the beautiful Rhine Falls, we carry out tests for our customers here.
Our dynamic and experienced team carries out tests in the prototype, transport and medical sectors.
In total, PAConsult operates at four other locations in Germany.

Frequently asked questions
Can you tell us the guidelines or standards according to which we must test?
As an accredited test laboratory, we are only allowed to provide you with information that you can use to determine the standards relevant to you. We will be happy to assist you.
Can you send us a price list?
Our offers are prepared individually for our customers. The prices of the tests depend on many factors, such as the size and weight of the specimens/packaging/pallets as well as the type and duration of the test, the load levels and also the design. We are therefore unable to provide a generally valid price list. Do not hesitate to contact us.
How long is your accreditation valid?
Our accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 is valid indefinitely. It is subject to the generally five years lasting DAkkS surveillance cycle. This includes technical and systemic assessments at intervals of up to 18 months.
The expiry of the cycle as well as extensions or other changes to the scope of the accreditation can lead to the issuing of a new accreditation certificate by the DAkkS. The accreditation can be terminated by us upon request or by the DAkkS in the event of non-compliance with the regulations by withdrawing the accreditation.
We always strive to maintain our quality at the highest level in all areas to meet the requirements of our customers and the notified institutions.
What information is needed to prepare a quotation or cost calculation?
The number and dimensions of the specimens are particularly important for inquiries. In addition, we will then consult with our specialists to find out which standards or test cycles are suitable for your requirements.
In which language are the quotations, test plans and reports written?
We always prepare quotations in German or English, depending on the language of the inquiry. Test plans and reports are always issued in English so that all documents can also be used for international customers. Reports can also be prepared in German on request.
How long does it take from the inquiry to the finished test report?
We aim to process all inquiries promptly. You will receive a suitable offer for your inquiry within a few working days. How long the test, including the report, ultimately takes depends on many factors, such as the number of specimens and the scope of the test cycle requested.
The tests can usually be carried out within a few weeks.
